Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments must be made either online or in cash upon service completion, as agreed at the time of booking.
If a service is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the Company may charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds are provided only if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed.
- Advance payments were made but the Company is unable to provide the service.
- No refunds apply once the service is completed unless otherwise required by law.
